In order to become a physician assistant, passing the PANCE is key. This test is designed to fully test your knowledge of the field. It is called the Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam and is the official test to get into the field. Once you have taken and passed it, you can then get recertified by taking the PANRE. I believe that this book was one of the most helpful in guiding my studies.The focus of the book is primarily on cardiovascular, pulmonary and reproductive systems. I would highly recommend this book for anyone studying for the PANCE or PANRE. I spent three weeks head-down in this book and immersing in the questions.
