The Kaplan seems to have a better explanatory value We purchased both the Kaplan & the Princeton Review GRE sets. The Kaplan seems to have a better explanatory value, but the size and fragility of the set is abominable. The box is poorly designed and is tightly filled with alphabetically aligned sequences that defy keeping in order. The Kaplan cards are no bigger than standard business cards but much thinner, fragile and very hard to handle overall. Exactly what I expected, but not what I needed
Not enough for the GRE literacy portion. Not enough details and some jargon. Its a good price for the product, but one needs to make sure that they do not just study vocabulary from this product. The practice exams (and the real exam) have words that are not mentioned in this package. In addition, some of the words’ definitions are not explained in good detail.I used the app more than I did the actual notecards, but it’s a good deal for both.
