Med Students Golden Egg Recently finished my neurology clerkship using this book and aced the exam. I am no wizard by any means, and I owe a lot to this book. At the start of my rotation, the clerkship director swore point blank that we needed to use the book Clinical Neurology, or we would fail the shelf exam. Unfortunately, our school was notorious for having students fail the neuro shelf more than any other exam.
